MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Provide subject matter expertise to the business in the area of IT application system.
？ Schedule daily inspections and regular updates of local IT application systems
？ Handle and analyse daily issues submitted by application system users
？ Guide users to establish system operation manuals and establish local Key user teams, so as to improve the work efficiency of business departments
？ Establish and promote best practices in the implementation and management of IT application systems
？ Understand business requirements and define the local business processes based on Brembo's global process and business best practices
？ Support definition of Business Cases and Setting priorities, in collaboration with the business, within IT Regional Portfolio
？ Manage all the business requirements that need external development , decide the scheme to be adopted based on Brembo's digital plan
？ Establish appropriate problem classification, SLA and problem database according to the concept of ITIL
？ Share the problem solutions with users at different levels
？ Define the local IT business plan based on Brembo's global business structure and local business needs
？ Effectively manage the time, resources, cost, quality, risk etc. of classic and agile projects with the applicable IT project management guidelines

BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
？ Bachelor’s degree or above in computer, software engineering, electronic informatization or other related major;
？ Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in management and maintenance of ERP/MES/CONCUR/Business Intelligence/Office and other mainstream IT applications and office systems
？ Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in SAP operations (OTC/PTP/WMS/MFG/SCM/CRM etc.) is a must.
？ Be proficient in using other 1-2 mainstream ERP system software (AX, Oracle, Yongyou, etc.) will be a plus.
？ Good knowledge of selected Business Process
？ Analyse the demands from users and with the ability to provide feasible solutions
？ Ability to independently configure and deploy new modules or functions in mainstream ERPs and IT application systems (such as AX/SAP)
？ Provider the guidance of IT application systems to key users and end users
？ Ability to manage the company’s IT application projects effectively, control the project progress in accordance with the schedule, and guarantee the good projects results;
？ Proficient in using at least one database software in ORACLE, SQL SERVER, MY SQL
？ Proficient in methods and tools of Business Analyst and Business capability management
？ Good knowledge on system development methodologies by using mainstream programming language, such as JAVA/C + +/ABAP etc, will be an absolute plus.
？ Basic knowledge of system architecture (application and infrastructure)
？ Analytical and conceptual thinking and acting as well as working in cross-functional teams
？ With digital experience will be preferred
？ Intercultural competence
？ Excellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing
