岗位职责:
? Receive and prepare pricing / quote requests
? Coordinate between operations and clients during transition phase
? Provide wide range of sales administrative support
? Assist in market and client research to aid in the sales process
? Prepare meeting material
? Assist in reporting when necessary
? Maintain customer tariffs, administrate necessary activities including rate increases and carriers schedules
? Track customer related activities with reporting to Sales / Sales Support Manager for further tackle
? Generate and distribute (internal/external) reports as assigned by the management
Assist Sales /Sales Support Manager to maintain CRM
? Prepare quotations for general client inquiry and targeted accounts applying THI pricing policy .

任职资格:
? College degree or above, major in logistics management, international trade, business English is preferred, CET-6;
? Familiar with OFFICE software;
? Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure, a good sense of responsibility and learning ability, sunny personality, pragmatic and diligent.
