岗位职责
1. New product feasibility analysis and drive all necessary changes both internally and externally.
New product process development for China region.
2. New product tooling development by working together with tooling function.
Lead assigned cost saving projects.
3. Define product and process critical characteristics based on customer ES, and align with AME, Machining, PMs on all controls to assure control methods meet approved budget plan.
4. Prepare the initial documentations of Flow Chart, PFMEA and Control Plan.
5. Prepare PDP plan and align with PMs on resources allocation.
6. Initiate test request for all trials and conclude the trial results.
7. Tooling validation and initiate tooling modification request to tooling engineers.
8. Initiate change request for process parameters, tools, product geometry, etc. what have confirmed a good result achieved with the requested changes.
9. On-site following up for each product and process validation.
10. Lead new product problem solving like shrinkage, dimensional issue, metallurgy failures, misrun, etc..
