? 带领天津的研发和市场团队对应对非航空食品的研发需求
? 跟销售团队一起对应客户，了解他们的需求以及结合公司产品特性提供专业的解决方案。
? 通过建立独特的销售提议，将我们的产品与竞争对手区分开来。
? 与新翔中国上海产品开发团队联络，了解现有配方的产品。对于没有现有配方的新产品，进行新品开发、并与生产和质量保障团队合作，制定标准操作程序, 培训生产员工以进行大批量生产
? 与工厂质量部门协作，确保产品符合国家安全标准及满足客户需求。
? 与工厂合作，确保食物出品达到标准。
? 向客户进行产品展示。
? 就产品本身解答客户疑问。
? 熟悉行业动态，进行常规性的食品趋势和产品分析。
? 管理研发厨房，并将工作量平均分配给所有厨师和食品技术专家团队成员。
? 与销售和工厂合作，改进内部流程，以增强客户体验和盈利能力。
?设置关键工作表现指标，激励措施，以鼓励更高的成功率并衡量产品创新的结果。
? 上级交办的其他事项。
经验要求:
? 8 年以上食品研发工作经验
? 虽然不是强制要求，如果有厨师背景会更好
? 最少有 3 年带领团队的经验。
任职要求：
? 毕业于食品技术学士学位
? 强大的领导和组织能力，能够与不同部门合作，将想法变成现实
? 有经验和知识将厨师制作的菜肴转化为工业话
? 以客户为导向
? 非常优秀的呈现和沟通能力

SATS sees tremendous growth opportunities outside of Singapore and the non-aviation fast/casual food service segment has been identified as a fast growing industry in China. Apart from providing services to various Chinese and foreign airlines at the airports in China, SATS has established various joint-ventures, acquired companies and also build our own central kitchens in different parts of China. At the end of 2018, SATS has also established its Greater China Regional Headquarters in Shanghai to better manage the different entities and also chart the strategies for more aggressive growth moving forward.
