岗位概要 : Key Performance Area
As part of the Brand Finance team, you will partner with key stakeholders across functions to make world class decisions driving the growth of H？agen-Dazs China. This is a high-visibility business partnership team in a fast-growing business, so you will be expected to provide nimble, insightful Finance support in a variety of challenging business situations.

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
? Own the monthly closing, forecasting and budget processes; partner cross functionally to deliver insightful analysis of key metrics
? Drive analysis and controls to support quick and prudent investment decisions for the business
? Lead cost and pricing analysis to extract maximum value for the business in the consumer marketplace
? Provide insightful management reports and build leadership review presentations
? Regularly update performance trackers and other reporting tools to guide management decisioning
? Work with cross function to build annual budget database

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力
Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
? Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Mathematics
? 3 years + work experience in commercial Finance, sales finance or FP&A, FMCG company is preferred
? Experience in independently driving monthly closing, forecasting and budgeting cycles
? Excellent communication skill in English, both verbal and written, is a must
? Quick learning ability to operate in dynamic environment.
? Able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach.
? SAP and Excel Skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup) is strongly preferred
? CPA or related Accountancy qualification is an advantage but not required
