Job Responsibilities    
- Follow four eyes principles and compliance.
- Execute operational procurement activities for category procurement and project procurement, including but not limited to non-critical sourcing & demand planning, non-critical purchasing/spot Order.

- SAP Data maintenance and delivery expediting and payment check etc.
- Understand and cooperate with strategic procurement; Form basic strategic thought and implement in daily operation;
- Search for opportunities to optimize workloads by automation, process simplification, etc.;
- Support process procurement work assigned by the supervisor.
- Non-critical contract management.
- Play role of project procurement assistant after assignment (if any).
- Other works assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications Required    
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Engineering or Business related;
- It is preferred to have procurement profession certificates;
- At least have 3 year working experience in procurement. Multinational owner project or engineering company experience are preferred;
- Good communication with teammates and cross-function;
- Basic English skills in oral and written;
- Integrity, pro-active, and teamwork spirit.
