Major Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain contact list of study sites and relating site membership.
2. Assist CRA to prepare EC submission dossier & PDFA submission according to site requirements and regulations. Check document for quality consistency if needed
3. Distribute site supplies such as equipment, ISF including essential document, stationery, and other printed material. Liaison with vendor and CRA to manage site equipment and materials.
4. Coordinate site contract review & approval process. Prepare site payment calculation form according to CTA. Initiate the site payment process, track and follow up the payment progress and invoices retrieval with SSU/CRA.
5. Support CRA submit the study SUSAR/SAE and other essential documents to sites according to site or study requirements.
6. Assist archive some required documents to eTMF as study/country required timeline, follow with SSU/CRA to ensure the document completeness.
7. Perform office admin support to local office colleagues, such as Onboarding and Off-boarding employees process, SharePoint maintenance, dept. meeting/training support as needed.
8. The responsibilities may be adjusted according to the needs of the study or business.
9. Liaise with all other BeiGene departments to ensure the smooth running of the study.
10. Actively participates in the 临床开发部 Development of department initiatives； contributes ideas when asked on department initiatives and goals that will make a difference to the efficiency and effectiveness of Clinical Operations.
