Mission
The mission of the Customer Service Representative is to support the company's goal of being the preferred partner by providing superior service to customers in each regions.
Responsibility
- Processes and follows-up on futures orders and daily orders
- Ensures orders are properly authorized before processing
- Provides order tracking and delivery updates to customers
- Coordinates and communicates with account managers and customers on issues related to orders, payment and delivery of goods
- Communicates special programs, including close-out & EPR, to customers
- Communicates marketing information such as campaign info, customer specific info, POS specific information to customers
- Trains customers to maximize the use of adiportal, and is first line of support for adiportal related issues
- Files all customer documents including sales contract, pre-order and prop -order confirmation, POS opening and closing.
- Migrates towards more proactive customer servicing
- Cleans up customer backlogs.
Requirement
- At least 1 year of complaints handling, order processing, sales administration or customer service experience
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access
- Fluency in English
- College diploma or higher
- Proactive, energetic, warm and enthusiastic
