Key Responsibilities

General Management

- Assist the Dept. Head in all aspects of daily operations
- Daily coordination with all functions within dept.
- According to the Head of dept.'s direction, assist in projects within the department.
- Responsible for all minutes with meetings involving the Dept. Head, as well as follow up on the identified issues
- Work with the Dept. Head on assisting with presentations, follow up work, and activities

Coordination
- Assist Dept. Head in coordinating certain activities from all functions as required.
- Carry out special projects and assignments as requested; coordinate task forces in the company; compile, analyze, and prepare data for administrative reports and presentations
- Assist to organize dept. internal meetings as well as other external meetings

System and Processes
- Be familiar with company policies and business operations. Be able to resolve problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.

KPI

- Quality and timeliness of service provided to the dept. head
- Routine meetings, reports in place
- High quality support/delivery on assigned projects


Requirements:

- Excellent English is must
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent file management skills
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Service oriented
- Team player
- Able to multi-task
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a multinational company
- University degree or above
- High level knowledge and skills in Microsoft products
