Responsibility:

1. Conduct position posting both internally and externally.
2. Conduct direct sourcing based on position needs, evaluate candidates profile on.
3. Professional phone interview comments should be provided to HR together with CV, into Recruitment system.
4. Maintain job posting in local job boards according to posting standard.
5. Support HR on other process for the candidates/CVs that recommended by supplier if needed. Including but not limited to interview schedule and invitation;
6. Coordinate with HR on P-file collection at pre-onboarding process.
7. Complete reference check according to requirement;
8. Other talent sourcing related tasks support if needed.

Qualification Description:

1. Should be experienced in Talent Sourcing/Acquisition filed for more than 2 years. Knowledgeable and experienced in high-level position`s sourcing, and Talent Market mapping programs.
2. Should be excellent in English both writting and speaking.
3. Shall be working under multi-tasks enviroment.
