Mission
Develop and implement adidas China retail integrated HR programs and systems and make sure proper implementation. Provide "one-stop-shopping" HR service and support to defined support area, and ensure that the internal customers get the expected value from HR department. (HR Management - Retail Function)
Responsibilities
HR Management
- Manage the recruitment process and HR support for positions in support area (Retail Function)
- Use IPE system to evaluate the grade for positions in support area (Retail Function)
- Support on annual personnel budgeting process.
- Support on annual salary rounds and promotions/salary adjustments for defined areas in accordance with GSMS-process
- Support the implementation of Personnel & Management Development tools and concepts (such as Talent Management, TLU and Succession Planning initiatives)
- Support on PEP implementation and communication
- Maintain a high level of communication with retail team and promote positive employee relations in the working environment
- Lead various HR projects which align with adidas China Retail people strategy
- Prepare HR reports on regular basis
Others
- Ensure HR SOP are flawless implement
- Ensure the SAP HR data is fully accurate
- Advise and identify career opportunities for staff
- Support to line manager on various assignments
KPI
- Retail HR project readiness
- Recruitment turnaround time (office staff)
- Staff turnover ratio
- Customer Satisfaction
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR function with multinational working environment
- Good communication skills and problem solving skill
- Good project management experience
- Open minded, Can work under pressure
- Native Mandarin and fluent English
- SAP HR experience is plus
