Overview:

Business Analyst, as a member of regional IT business analyst team, responsible for planning, driving, coordinating business initiatives among business partner, group IT team and vendors in order to maximize effectiveness and synergy of IT solutions for business needs, which include ERP, HR, Finance, CRM systems etc.

Responsibilities

Project Management

? Provide service to meet company’s business requirements

? Ensure a complete and thorough planning phase is performed for all projects, following company standard processes

? Work with business team to identify gaps and to analyze application/system benefits to business

? Defining the scope and the Request for Proposal

? Vendor management

? Analyzes, models, optimizes, documents and implements business processes and process flows, information and information flows and business rules

Develops, writes and communicates business requirements (including functional specifications) for use in the design and implementation of business solutions;

? Coordinating system testing and User Acceptance Test

? Ensures that requirements are implemented in the final product

? Liaises with technical resources, third party suppliers and internal managers

? Vendor management includes contact and daily management

Business Analysis

? Liaise with end users and stakeholders to identify, quantify and document business requirements

? Organize the review and sign-off of business requirements from end user representatives

? Review solutions proposed by the development team (either in house or third party) and ensure that they meet the business needs

? Liaise with the development team (either in house or third party) and end users to ensure that all parties fully understand the business needs and the proposed solution to these needs

? Participate in the assessment and prioritization of development requests for software applications (both in house and third party)

? Assist in the identification of changes that will increase the quality and effectiveness of applications

? Support end users in performing detailed UAT testing

? Liaise with the development team to ensure resolution to bugs and other issues arising from testing

System maintenance

? Handle system daily operation, ACR and system issue and incident

Requirements:

● Hold Bachelor's degree or above. Oversea experience is a plus.

● Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a related position

● Knowledgeable on ERP especially SAP is a plus.

● Effective English communication and written skills are a MUST

● Ability to map out business process / user cases into system flow design using VISIO or other tools.
