具体岗位职责JD Description

    

1.         协助北京分校区运营，全面管理中心的Study Advisor团队;

    

Support Center Director in the centers through leading their study advisor teams to provide superb service for their customers;

    

2.         负责***外教的招聘;

    

Recruitment of part-time teachers for training programs of A-level/IGCSE/SSAT/SAT/TOEFL/IELTS;

    

3.         领导团队提升学员学习体验和客户满意度；

    

Lead the team to enhance student experience and customer satisfaction;

    

4.         与其他部门协同合作;

    

Coordinate with other departments

    

5.         完善优化部门各项工作流程;

    

Optimize work flow of BE academy

    

6.         负责外教课程计划，排课调课

    

Responsible for class scheduling and any adjustment

    

7.         完成上级的指派的其他工作。

任职要求Requirements

1. 本科以上学历，商务英语专业；Bachelor degree and major in English
2. 2年以上在本行业内相关工作经验；At least 2 years related experience
3. 熟悉国内外特许经营体系的组织、运营和督导控制；Familiar with training centers educational operation
4. 良好的管理，组织和协调能力；Good at management, cooperation and coordination
5. 为人诚实、热情、耐心，具创新意识；Honest, passionate, patient and creative;
6. 吃苦耐劳，能适应经常出差；Willing to travel
