· 积极反馈案子的进度情况及客户反映、签证情况和可能存在的问题；

· 及时进行各项系统数据的录入工作，积极提供各项业务信息，包括案例汇总、留学信息等；

· 积极参与各项业务培训，不断学习、更新业务知识；

· 按公司管理要求完成本职工作，严格遵守文案担当的职业道德规范和行为准则，为客户提供一流的服务。

· 认同必益教育企业文化，诚实守信，有事业心和责任感；

· 本科或以上学历，具有良好的英语听说读写能力，热爱文书工作，中英文写作能力佳；英语专业专八或非英语专业6级以上者优先考虑；
