Main Tasks / 主要任务

1. Increase win-probability for active opportunities:

· Daily interaction with regional sales team to develop holistic sales strategies:

· Effective product introduction and demonstration to customers and colleagues

· Technical and product support in Electron Microscope sales opportunities (configuration, battelsheet, tender documentation, etc. )

· Support for product demo and sample evaluation

2. Funnel development:

· Monitoring of customers/accounts/areas where ZEISS has not been successful as an organization. Collaboration with sales representatives/direct manager (DM) to address these customers/accounts/areas and to rectify the situation to the mutual benefit of all parties.

· Participation in marketing activities for ZEISS product and solution introductions (e.g. trade shows, internal and external webinars/presentations, key-opinion leader meetings, newsletters and internet)

· Providing necessary technical documentation for business promotion, sales tools and competitive marketing intelligence.

· Building and development of customer relationships in China

· Stay ‘up-to-date’ on the latest technological & market / research trends, understand customers needs

3. Post-sales activities:

· Development, implementation and execution of the after-sales application training goals to all customers in the respective regions in China

· Development of best training practices, resource planning, and customer analysis, with in-depth reporting to DM on all findings

· Support after-sales offerings by promoting directly to customers during presentations, discussions, etc. and providing feedback to after-sales team

As such, excellent time management skills along with high cultural awareness & good social skills are essential.
