Responsibility of the role include:

• End to end coordination of the eCommerce site, ensuring products are online efficiency and merchandized to the highest standard, and regularly reviewing content, description, stock, price and functionality for accuracy
• Coordinating daily eCommerce platform maintenance and trouble shooting between store users and L1/L2 support teams. Ability to assess problems and errors and discern the best course of action
• Leading business function UAT(user acceptance testing) on Greater China
• Organizing eCommerce training for internal users or external users if needed
• Managing eCommerce platform content by taking expert review on product information and materials localization
• Monitoring key metrics, and report those back to the business during quarterly meetings
• Working closely with internal departments such as COpC, sales, marketing, compliance, etc. to align eCommerce activities
• Assist planning and management of platform roadmap, scope and coordination with developers
• Other administrative duties, such as documentation, minute taking and distribution, etc.

Qualification required:

• Over 5 years of relevant experience and demonstrated ability in eCommerce execution, professional operations, or business analyst roles in MNC environement
• Experience working with customer relationship management systems, content management systems, product information management systems and project management ticketing systems, like Jira.
• Understand of digitization and an interest in all thing e-Commerce and omni-channel
• Strong ability to organize and prioritize
• Capable of self-learner who pursues solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and detail oriented
• Commercial and data-driven mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English & Chinese) that can articulate difficult issues with technical persons
