职位描述
岗位职责：
1、根据客户设计要求，独立完成汽车座椅结构设计与改型；
2、独立完成新产品或部件的结构设计和改进方案，保证塑料产品建模质量；
3、负责按质量体系向零件供应商提交相关文件，使所开发的产品满足客户要求；
4、与供应商或者相关人员进行接洽以解决设计过程中出现的问题。
任职资格：
1、3年以上汽车座椅设计经验，整椅、塑料件、骨架方向均可；
2、大专以上学历，机械设计、模具设计等相关专业优先；
3、熟练使用CATIA或UG软件设计及出工程图；
4、熟悉汽车座椅的开发过程，熟悉汽车座椅的结构、工艺特点；
5、对塑料件成型工艺有一定理解；
6、热爱本职工作，沟通能力良好。
