Report to: Director, Technical Services

Summary: To develop market of amino acids, sustainable healthy nutrition products and other new products through development and deployment of advanced nutritional concepts and technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be a key contact in the North region of China to provide technical supports to develop supplemental amino acids, sustainable health nutrition products like probiotics and other new products.
2. Working as an expert in animal nutrition as well as applied technology in animal feed industry.
3. Working as a strategic resources of products and services for feed producers.
4. Establishing sustainable relationships with scientific opinion leaders as well as customers’ decision makers.
5. Generating value for customers by researching and applying tailored solutions.
6. Managing focus accounts for growth and profitability.
7. Execute technical marketing strategies of supplemental amino acids, sustainable healthy nutrition products and other new products in animal feed industry.
8. Do annual budget and action plan of technical activities in promoting supplemental amino acids, sustainable healthy nutrition products and new products in animal feeds.
9. Deploy technical service tools and coach commercial sales force in application of technical services tools.
10. Provide input and feedback on all technical issues to Senior manager of Technical Services to steer technical services in the region.
11. Assist Director of Technical Services to validate commercial market estimations and predictions from a technical and animal nutritional point of view.
12. Learn and advise nutritional researches projects in cooperation with universities and research institutes in China based on customers’ demand.
13. Maintain scientific professional contacts with scientists.

Job Requirements:

1. PhD in Animal nutrition and related areas.
2. Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Like frequent travelling.
4. Sound working experience in feed industry or farm as well as research is preferred.
5. Initiative, self-motivated, self-learning, cooperative and strong in interpersonal communication.
6. Technical knowledge base.
