• Sourcing profiles as per job descriptions and intake sessions with the hiring managers for multiples lines of business.
• Working closely with the hiring manager and their teams to deliver a best in class recruitment service, delighting your internal customers and providing a top class candidate experience. Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates.
• Deliver customized sourcing strategies leveraging a diverse recruitment tool kit, i.e. direct, agency, network, social media, job boards etc
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers and build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and external service providers in line with Veritas’ internal processes and policies.
• Adopt high quality staffing practices and develop innovative cost-effective sourcing strategies
• Proactively research and investigate new sourcing ideas.
• Provide regular and timely management information to the business and internally within TA/HR.
