- - Familiar with ethernet network setup, skilled in connected service is in plus.
- 熟悉以太网系统，了解远程服务者优先
- - Familiar SFDC system or the same system is in plus.
- 有 SFDC或类似管理系统的经验
- - Communication with customer and handle technology issue, improve the satisfaction.
- 协调客户关系及处理技术问题，提高客户满意度

- Requirements:
- -University degree or above. Major related with electrical. Condition may be relaxed for outstanding and rich experience people.
- 电气专业本科学历，有相关经验者优先
- -Minimal 3 years Robot work experience. Familiar Robot technology and quality, skilled in ABB robotics is plus.
- 至少有3年以上机器人工作经验，熟悉机器人技术，有ABB相关经验者优先
- -Fluent English in listening, speaking & writing is a plus.
- 英文流利，具有一定的听，说，写能力
- -Be honest and good team player.
- 诚实及具有团队协作意识
- -Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong learning ability.
- 具有良好的沟通和人际关系技巧，有较强的学习能力

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for communicating with customer and handling technology issue, improving the satisfaction, for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Service Team Leader, you will support and coordinate with customers.

- Supporting and coordinating with customers based in Shanghai
- Being familiar Robot technology, skilled in ABB repair is in plus
- Being familiar with Hotline and having good experience
- Being familiar paint robot
- Setting up ethernet network, skilled in connected service is in plus
- Familiar SFDC system or the same system
- Communicating with customer and handling technology issue, improving the satisfaction

- 3 years of Robot work experience. Familiar Robot technology and quality, skilled in ABB robotics is plus
- A University degree or above. Major related with electrical. Condition may be relaxed for outstanding and rich experience people.
- Fluency in English listening, speaking & writing is a plus
- Must be honest and good team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong learning ability
