Key Responsibilities:

- oversee all aspects of the daily running of the accounting jobs, as well as the related internal control requirement;

- take full responsibility for finance and accounting performance as well as monthly closing, ensuring timely reporting with the respect of deadline;

- overview multiple PL and reporting activities, to make sure deadline and quality are met according to high standard;

- manages the finance department, coaching and supervising finance staff;

- other responsibilities assigned by China CEO.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above of financial, accounting related degree, CPA is preferred.

- Excellent understanding of the PRC accounting standards, import/export & VAT refund.

- Intermediate Accounting Certificate is a must; Senior Accounting Certificate is a plus.

- At least five years’ experience in multi-culture enterprise, and three to four years in managerial level.

- Strong leadership skills evidenced by achievement of objectives.

- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines

- Competent in both oral and written English.

- Competent in PC software and Microsoft office; SAP systems experience will be a strong plus.

- Can-do attitude, detail-oriented, meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines.

- Possess the highest levels of integrity, ethic and judgment, both professionally and personally.
