职位描述
Define HR strategy and HR initiatives according to business development needs;
2. Define and implement talent strategy to support business development, including talent acquisition, development and retention;
3. Build high performance culture through effective performance management system/tools/activities;
4. Advise on organization design and support organization optimization;
5. Lead a series of training programs to enhance and improve current employee skill set;
6. Align HC control with CA requirements &OE Plan;
7. Drive employee engagement;
8. Review talent pool regularly via LDR process and follow up line managers on IDP implementation status;
9. Review employee salary and merit proposal from business functions, to ensure compensation effectiveness;
10. Employee relation management.
任职资格:
Bachelor degree or above, management related;
? Fluent in English
? At least 5 years experience in internal companies in HR function
