职能：

计划、设计和执行试剂开发实验。分析数据，提供实验总结和报告。

    

优化所负责项目的方案和流程，开发标准操作规程和建立产品技术参数及标准。

    

在产品开发的各个阶段参与分析问题或提出解决方案。

    

血液病免疫分型方案的研究、设计和优化。

    

进行血液病免疫分型的相关实验，分析数据，制作产品数据表，优化方案和流程。

    

参与项目更新和评审的文件准备工作。

    

在最低限度的指导下独立工作。定期汇报工作情况，并及时讨论问题。

    

参与实验室综合管理：维护实验室的正常运行，包括试剂的管理、设备的定期维护等。

    

根据要求执行额外的职责和/或其他项目。

要求：

硕士及以上学历，生物科学、生物技术、免疫学等相关专业。

4年以上体外诊断试剂开发经验或血液病免疫表型检测的相关经验。

必须有流式细胞术经验，有免疫表型分析经验者优先。

熟悉细胞培养等常规生命科学或基础医学实验方法。

具备学习和总结英文科学文献的能力。

良好的适应和学习能力，及时发现问题和解决问题的能力。

良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

具备英语听、说、读、写能力。

能使用基本的办公软件。
