工作职责：

1.Instruct, deal with, coordinate and solve the technical problems in the workshop to provide technical support for the workshop work.

指导、处理、协调和解决车间生产中出现的技术问题为车间各项工作提供技术支持。

2.Cooperate with electronic production to ensure the production schedule.

配合电子生产,保证生产进度。

3.Responsible for document management and archiving (production technical documents, record documents, write and supervise the implementation of SOP, abnormal situation records, etc.).

负责工作中文档管理和归档(产品生产技术文件,记录文件,撰写和监督SOP的执行,异常情况记录等)。

4.Participate in the review of nonconforming products and quality accidents, and participate in the technical rectification of products.

参与不合格品和质量事故的评审、参与产品的技术整改工作。

5.Feedback the technical problem in production and propose the solution in time, and keep the record.

及时反馈生产中的技术问题并提出解决方案,同时形成归档记录。

6.Cooperate with R&D technology, debugging, testing E to complete the temporary tasks assigned by superior.

配合研发的技术、调试、测试完成上级临时交办的任务。

7.Responsible for directing the implementation of rework and repair of minor and general nonconforming products.

负责指导实施轻微和一般不合格产品的返工、返修工作。

8.Do technical analysis and treatment of serious nonconforming products and do other technical related work well

做好严重不合格品的技术分析和技术处理做好其它技术相关工作。

岗位要求：

1.Bachelor degree and above.

本科以上;

2.Have some English reading ability.

具有一定的英语阅读能力。

3.Familiar with Protel, able to read PCB, familiar with electronic components (resistor capacitor chip, etc.);

了解Protel,能够看懂PCB熟悉电子元器件(电阻电容芯片等) ;

4.Skilled in welding all kinds of devices;Able to skillfully use a variety of equipment and tools, skilled use of computers, can read the circuit.

能熟练焊接各种器件;能够熟练使用各种设备工具,熟练使用电脑,能读懂电路。

5.Have some experience in people management
