Baden-Wuerttemberg International (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. is a platform of the German State Baden-Wuerttemberg to help German companies to develop business in China. We are currently looking for a purchasing engineer in China. The candidate will work for a German client of ours which is a professional manufacturer of electrical accessories and lighting products. The position will be based in Nanjing and the candidate will be part of our so-called company pool. It's a team of Chinese specialists who each represents a different company from the German Southwest to help these companies establish their business in China. 巴符州经济与科技合作（南京）有限公司是德国巴符州政府在中国设立的促进德国企业在中国发展的平台。我们正在招募一名电气产品采购工程师，该岗位服务的德国公司专业生产电气配件和照明设备。该岗位工作地点为南京，在巴符州经济与科技合作（南京）有限公司的“公司集合体”框架下办公。“公司集合体”由一群不同领域的专业人士组成，为德国巴符州的企业到中国开展各类商务活动提供支持。

工作内容:

1. 负责整个运营和采购领域。

Responsible for the entire area of operations and purchasing.

2. 主动独立地与公司相关部门的沟通，包括销售部、产品管理部和售后投诉部门。

Cross-divisional active and independent communication with all company areas, including with sales, product management, complaints.

3. 定期在各个产品领域定期提出产品创意，并根据质量和社会责任合规标准选择供应商，并管理供应商。

Independent sourcing of product ideas for regular offer intervals in various product areas and acquisition / selection of suppliers based on quality and social standards as well as continuous support for suppliers.

4. 根据客户要求安排产品采购和报价。

Sourcing and quoting of explicit product ideas from our customers according to the respective customer requirements.

5. 订单的处理、监督和管理。 提供所有相关文件如测试报告/证书及货运单据等。

Execution, monitoring and supervision of orders. Provision of all necessary documents u. a. Reports / certificates for tests through to shipping documents.

6. 与相关质量机构合作，在供应商处订单生产期间进行独立的质量和对生产商品的监控。

Independent quality assurance and monitoring of the production goods at the supplier's during the orders in cooperation with various quality agencies.

1. 有消费品行业采购方面的相关经历和管理经验。

Relevant professional and management experience in purchasing in the consumer goods industry.

2. 熟悉认证和企业社会责任合规标准。

Knowledge of certification and Business Social Compliance Initiative.

3. 独立自主地开展工作，具备建立和领导未来有可能成立的采购团队的能力。

Technical, independent and disciplinary work as well as capability of building and leading a possible purchasing team.

4. 懂电气工程并且熟练使用MS Office。

Very good knowledge of electrical engineering and MS Office.

5. 自信、解决问题的能力以及出色的谈判技巧。

Assertiveness and organizational skills when dealing with problems. Outstanding negotiation skills.

6. 跨文化交流能力

Inter-cultural competencies.

7. 英语流利

Fluent spoken and written English.

8. 能够接受经常出差（中国境内、境外）

High motivation to travel within China and outside China.
