工作职责:
Key Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a trainer to join our call center to develop and maintain all training material to support the site’s training requirements. You will be responsible for the induction training and the ongoing training needs thereafter, so you will quickly get to know the Customer Service Representatives. You will be passionate about travel and love helping others develop and progress in their career.
You will also work with some of the TL in Shanghai.
? Responsible for daily work of the team and ensure the normal operation.
? Supervise the operational data of the call center and conduct proper onsite management
? Properly distribute the daily for staff within the team.
? Supervise the staff KPI and take precautions to enhance the ability of the staff.
? Host daily meetings
? Train and convey new procedures and monitor the implementation and performance.
? Deal with emergency case and the complaints.
? Communicate with staff regularly and cooperate closely with other team leaders.
? Conduct communication concerning the monthly performance appraisal with staff.
? Arrange rational shift by estimating the volume of business.
? Propose projects that optimize the working procedures and complete them.
? Compete the tasks assigned by GM in time.
任职资格:
Qualifications
? Degree at HNC/HND/Ordinary/Bachelors or above, or significant relevant similar experience Previous experience of working in a call center with at least one role focused on delivering the training requirements
? Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and sound general computer skills Strong communication skills in Korean, both verbal and written
? Two years managerial experience in customer service team preferred.
? Experience in internet companies, call centers, or tourism industry preferred.
? Experience in tourism industry
? Ability to speak Korean and English (or Chinese);
? Previous experience of working in a newly established call center
? Passionate about travel!
