职位描述
The main missions of the role are to:
？ Design gages according to product CAD Data.
？ Follow the process of gages’ design and manufacture.
？ Responsible for design study review, design and manufacture acceptance and final acceptance for gages.
？ Responsible for compiling gages’ ledger, working regularly for gages calibration and double attribute verification.
？ Responsible for gage management, include 3D Data, 2D drawing, acceptance documents and daily data.
？ Responsible for issue summarizing, analysis, correction and tracking verification.
？ In products design stage, analyze tolerance stack to validate products and improve the design for gap and flushness of products in order to reduce cost.
？ Set up and validate documents include PAF, CRT and 2D Drawing, to support project group to control products’ dimension and quality.
？ Find bug by tools and equipment and inform to project group. Analyze issues’ reason with project group.
？ Organize experiences of dimension and share.
？ Apply Faurecia General Specification to solve issues include dimension, process and material.
Qualifications:
？ At least 3 years experiences in product analysis and gage design.
？ Familiar with 3D design software, especially CATIA.
？ Submit clear retrospective Reports that have key points in time
？ Self – motivation and exceed targets
？ Strong communication skill.
？ Fine organizing ability, planning ability, management ability and tracking ability.
？ Have ability for leading and motivating team members to complete project requirement.
？ Have ability for dealing with complex issus
？ Have ability for communicating with supplier to deal with technical problems.
？ Have teamwork skill, and support team members to increase efficiency as best as possible
