岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. Give APQP quotation according to RFQ, preparing related quality planning documents.

依据RFQ 提供APQP 报价，准备相关的质量策划文件

2. Resource planning and alignment within Q-team, Quality interface towards customer before SOP.

规划和协调质量团队内部的资源， 量产前面向客户的窗口

3. Ensure product and process are strictly compliance during Product Engineering Process and support process improvement activities in company.

确保产品和流程严格符合海拉的PEP 流程, 支持公司层级的流程优化和改善.

4. Make plans and get the customer approval of the DV and PV testing, follow up the testing till its approval (concerning MD and HW). Prepare DV and PV report to customer.

制定DV 和PV 测试计划(针对机械和硬件)并得到顾客认可，跟进测试直至达到既定标准。提交DV 和PV 测试报告给客户

5. Identification of critical quality risks & issues and support in problem solving. Escalation to Management in time if the problem can not be solved in time.

识别关键质量风险和问题并支持问题解决。 在问题不能及时解决的时候及时升级给管理层

6. Coordinating and submit PPAP (or PSW, ISIR) to the customer for approval, carry out device release on the basis quality plans and proofs (test reports).

协调并提交PPAP 文件给客户并取得认可，基于质量目标和证据实行产品释放。

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education Background 教育背景:

Bachelor degree or above本科或本科以上学历

2. Language Skill 语言技能:

Good English Skills 熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力

3. Majors / Expertise 专业 / 技术要求:

Electronics and related major电子等相关专业

4. Office Automation 办公软件:

Mandatory: Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, OneNote)

Better to have: SAP PDM, MKS / PTC, DOORS

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
