低压48V汽车电池管理系统

岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. Lead LV-BMS system testing and coordinate test level and activities globally.


2. Create test equipment specification based on the product specification, Configure corresponding parameters and database.


3. Analyze product test requirements, create corresponding test cases and sequences.


4. Create and manage system test documentation according to requirements.


5. Performing tests, analyzing root cause of failures, fault documentation, result documentation.


6. Task arrangement and assessment.


7. Be technical expert in LV-BMS testing for project acquisition, customer specification review and test specification/test plan definition.


8. Develop/Optimize test method, specification, test setup etc.


9. Permanent coordination with project manager and development team.


10. Other job assigned by Department Manager.

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Electronics Engineering bachelor or similar qualification, good know-how of complex electronics and MCU technology.


2. Above 5 years of experience in testing activity of Electronics products, such as BMS, BCM, DCDC…


3. Deep Knowledge of Automotive Electronics testing: system requirements, testing strategy, testing documentation.


4. Experience about testing based on V model.


5. Knowledge of Failure analysis in complex electronics products.


6. Fluent English, both oral and written.


7. Familiar with CANoe and CAN/LIN diagnosis test (ISO14229).


8. Experience in DOORS/PTC is preferred.

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
