Job description 岗位描述

1. Define System Requirements from the customer requirements

a. 根据客户需求制定系统技术规范

2. Design of Requirements and Architecture for 48V BMS

a. 制定48V BMS的需求和架构设计；

3. Close communication with the project team.

a. 与项目团队保持良好的沟通；

4. Perform reviews of the various domain level specifications

a. 评审其他相关领域的技术规范；

5. Design new, flexible system designs/architectures for upcoming market needs

a. 设计开发具有创新，柔性架构特征的系统以满足未来市场的需求

6. Other job assigned by Department Manager

a. 部门经理安排的其他工作

Necessary Requirements 任职资格

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering or electronic related field

电子电气等专业本科或以上学历；

2. At least 10 years relevant experience in developing BMS and experience on FUSA（ASIL C） project

BMS 10 年以上研发以及功能安全 (ASIL C) 项目经验.

3．she/he should be proficient one of BMS/Cell.

至少专注于一项，在电芯，BMS.

4. Good skills in English.

英语熟练；

5. Good communication and coordination skills

良好的沟通与协调技巧；

6. Self-motivated, Engineering thinking，responsibility;

能够自我激励；富有工程思维；有责任心

7. Be Familiar with Battery Cell performance from market.

了解市场主流电芯性能

8. Requirements management software experience is preferred (i.e. DOORS) ；

优先考虑有需求管理软件(如 DOORS)使用经验者；

9. Knowledge of the V-Model is preferred.

对 V 型开发模式有较好理解者优先考虑；

10. Open mind and teamwork spirit.

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
