职位描述/GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

  

负责零件价格成本估算和客户报价所需信息的开发、分析、维护以及检索。

  

The Cost Estimator is responsible for development, analysis, maintenance and retrieval of information needed to prepare piece price cost estimates and customer quotes.

  

 

  

责任与义务/ RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  

需要在与项目工程师、模具工程师、销售、质量部门和制造部门的合作之下完成以上任务。需要与客户接触，解释报价并且参与议价。

  

These duties will be performed in cooperation with Project and Tool Engineers, Sales, Quality Assurance and Manufacturing departments. Customer contact regarding explanation of quote and participation in negotiation of price is required.

  

 

  

工作内容/ACTIVITIES:

  

• 收集、组织、分析并详细说明所有与各个项目有关的成本预估。

  Collects, assembles, analyzes and details all estimated costs that are associated with each project.

• 在开发建议价格和模具成本时遵循既有的方法和程序。在修饰建议价格及模具成本报价时自由的行使权力和决断。按照要求根据工程或者其他因素的变化修改报价及成本。

  Follows prescribed methods and procedures in developing recommended prices and tool costs but exercises discretionary authority and judgment in modifying these prices and estimated tool costs, as required. Revises these prices and costs due to engineering and other changes, as required.

• 通常情况下行使自己的决断，有疑难问题向上级汇报。

  Generally proceeds at own discretion while referring questionable cases to supervisor.

• 作为PDT团队的成员参加KBPD进程，并在此角色之下向团队提供对报价有帮助的设想和细节。

  Participates as a member of the PDT team in the KBPD process and in this role, provides to the team the assumptions and details used to develop the quote.

• 维护和更新计算机以及模具相关文件。

  Maintains and updates computer and tool files.

• 完成上级指定的其他任务。

  Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

   

  应具备的技术知识和能力/ TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• 具备收集和分析信息的能力并能在有限的选项之中做出自己的决断。

  Possesses the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices.

• 熟练使用包括电脑在内的办公设备。

  Ability to operate typical office equipment, including computer.

• 汪得力员工测试得分20分以上

  Pass Wonderlic score of 20 or greater.

   

  学历要求/EDUCATION:

• 大学文凭或者同等的扎实的数学背景。

  College degree or equivalent with strong mathematical background.

   

  工作经验/EXPERIENCE:

• 有正式的制造成本预估培训经历者优先。

  Formalized training in manufacturing cost estimation preferred.
