We are now looking for a SC digital transformation change lead, who will drive change orchestration and management in MNEA supply digital transformation. In this role, you will bring value to the internal or external customer by providing professional change management support to all DT initiative drivers in MNEA supply, on shakeholder buy-in, regular or ad hoc communication and other activities about new digtal way of working, to ensure the target adoption level in place. You are accountable to build MNEA supply change management capability framework, which can be applied to different agile delivery team, and to be the change agent network point to global counterpart accordingly.

 

Responsibilities:

?Setup fit-to-purpose change Management framework used in MNEA supply digital transformation projects to secure impact/adoption.

?Change Orchestration and management to avoid that several simultaneous change programs collisions or overlap.

?Provide change readiness analysis and secure stakeholder buy-in to achieve new WoW adoption target.

?Provide training packages across different initiatives to ensure change ready in terms of mindset and knowledge wise.

?Execute necessary communication based on dynamic and situational planning

?To be Change agent interface to global change management

 

Key Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor degree, MBA is plus

Minimum years of experience: 7 years

Domain experience:  at least 3 years working experience in supply chain business environment,  2 years transformation change management working experience.

Specific competence:  Mastery of change analysis, facilitating, mastery of design thinking workshop, Agile methodology is a plus
