We are now looking for an EHS manager to provide comprehensive occupational health and safety (OHS) and environment management (EMS) support for the relevant organizations, coordinate responsibilities to meet business needs, and ensure compliance with Environment and Occupational Health & Safety requirements and procedures.

You will

• In accordance with laws and regulations and Ericsson Group policy, formulate and implement the company's EHS related rules and regulations.
• Drive Environment and Occupational Health and Safety management to secure compliance to applicable requirements, provide a safe and healthy work environment.
• Coordinate and formulate annual EHS work plans and objectives, carry out environmental and OHS risk assessment and formulate preventive measures, follow-up implementation regularly.
• Define and deploy local EHS related programs/campaigns to improve the knowledge level of all staff. Supervise, control, and report EHS performance to provide functional EHS expertise.
• Lead EHS network to perform EHS business deployment including but not limited to define EHS related local process, business follow up, escalation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive and support for continuous improvement of processes and control for preventing work-related injury and illness.
• Coordinate and participate in various environment and OHS-related supervision and inspection, promote the implementation of correction.
• Work with EHS related local authorities to secure deliveries as a responsible enterprise.

To be successful in the role you must have

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge in OHS and EMS; Have high potential and aspiration to be an OHS & EMS professional.
• Proven project management skills and problem-solving with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to drive the OHS and EMS agenda with good English and communication skills
