We are now looking for a Hard Ware Make Support to develop, implement and maintain cost-efficient, ergonomic and safe production, claims and repair processes, equipment, and tools according to production rules.

You will do

• New product NPI/TPI/GPI production readiness from the manufacturing perspective
• Fixture, tools, low-cost equipment design and introduction for new product
• WI/ Routine /Line balance/capacity calculation
• Process design and validation for manual and Auto line
• PFMEA and poke yoke solution for process
• Driving for production cost calculation and reduction

To be successful in the role you must have

• Min 5 years of experience
• Willing to take more responsibility and be leading role
• Process design, verification, and low-cost Automation solution Knowledge
• Technical project management knowledge
• Prefer IE background with good mechanical knowledge
