Responsibilities：

• Prepare and development new product manufacturing process with global team.
• PMI motor and related product assembly process development，localize and on site implement.
• Installation and setup of the proposed manufacturing layout in the new facility; 
• Organize and train the operator to meet the production schedule and quality requirements; 
• Work with team to finalize process flow charts, PFMEA’s, control plans and work instructions. 
• Continue improvement for assembly process and productivity. 
• Reduce manufacturing cost.
• Work with production planners to understand the schedule, communicate realistic capabilities and equipment necessary to achieve schedules; 
• Support ISO and IATF certification approvals & etc.
