Title: Indirect Material Buyer
What are my responsibilities?
1. Well know the purchase process.
2. Reduce material cost in indirect material purchasing, related to CAPEX, MRO, HR, IT, Logistics etc. Including inquiries, quotation comparison and analysis, negotiation. Contract completion etc.
3.Supplier management: develop new vendor; overall evaluate all vendors (including their technique, service, quality, credit, delivery, payment term etc.)
4. Maintain vendor information in SAP.
5. Good supplier management and contract management skill.
6. compliance concept in mind, and have the self principle.
What do I need to qualify?
1. English communication skill (oral & written)
2. Office software skill (excel), Familiar with SAP and OneSRM.
3. indirect material purchase working experience: 2-3 years.
4. Open mind and dare to speak out points.
