Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze quality requirements in quotation phase;
2. Identify risks during project development;
3. Work with team to identify Special Characteristics and create SC list;
4. Approve development strategy and define quality strategy(project/quality manual) ;
5. Allocate and monitor quality development (QD) budget;
6. Plan quality activities and create Quality plan;
7. Regularly perform work product reviews in each phase;
8. Lead to communicate with customer for DV/PV test and Create Product Maturity Degree and DVP&R, report test result to customer ;
9. Create prototype control plan if required and Trigger Pre-series/Series Control Plan creation;
10.Create PPAP, submit to customer and get customer final approval;
11 Regularly package review for gate closure, and approve gate/milestone release;
12.Participate change management, ensure change was planned and implemented efficiently, the validation and change are recorded correctly;
13. Support project manager in customer communication regarding quality aspects;
14.IMDS/CAMDS system maintain, data preparation and submit to customer for approval.

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical, electronics, automotive engineering-related majors;
2.Familiar with IATF16949 and VDA6.3 process audit;
4.Familiar with MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, etc.
5.More than 5 years of experience in development /project quality;
6. Good communication skills in Chinese & English (spoken and written), Good team work, willingness to take challenges and responsibilities;
