1.负责接听公司总机，按要求转接电话和留言，确保及时准确

  Responsible for answering company switchboard, transfer calls and message as required to ensure timely ｄ accurate
2．对来访客人做好接待、登记、引导，及时通知被访人员。
   Responsible for admitting, registering and guiding visitors and inform the related personnel on time

3．负责公司会议室和展厅的预订安排和管理
  Responsible for the booking and management of meeting rooms and exhibition hall.
4．负责公司办公用品的采购申请
   Responsible for purchase requirement of company office materials
5．负责公司员工出差酒店和票务的预订 ，每月统计账单申请付款
   Responsible for booking hotels and  tickets for employees’ business trip, make monthly expenses statistics and  payment application
6．负责公司来访客人及内部会议用餐安排
   Responsible for arranging lunch for external visitors and internal meetings
7．负责公司快递、饮用水的管理及每月费用申请和核对 
  Responsible for managing company’s express and drinking water, and apply the payment monthly.
8．负责员工通讯录的更新和管理
   Responsible for staff address book’s updates and  management
9．完成部门需求的其他事项
   Perform other tasks required by the department

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，秘书、行政管理及相关专业毕业 
College degree in secretary, administration and related major  
2、1年以上相关工作经验 
Minimum of 1 year working experience in related job 
3、能熟练使用word, excel等办公软件及相关办公自动化设备

  Excellent MS office applications(word, excel especially)
4、会简单的英语交流及读写 

Basic requirement of speaking and writing English. 
5、具备良好的商务信函写作能力
Good business letter writing skill  Other Needs
6、其他需求:  -形象气质良好
Good image and characteristic  -
7、性格开朗，待人诚恳，工作认真负责，责任感强
