岗位设置的目的GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

分担维修经理的常规事务工作，确保维修技师得到技术指导。 确保生产设备，厂房附属设施得到预防性及纠正性的维护和保养。

Share the routine work of Maintenance Manager, ensure Maintenance Technician get tech-nical guidance. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and plant accessories.

 

工作职责/ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-         参与生产部门的NWT会议及项目会，并将相关任务落实至维修班组。如遇重大无法解决的问题，立即向经理汇报。

Partiapite production departments’ NWT meeting， projects lunching meeting and assgign tasks to MNT shifts. Immediately report to manager if meet important & can’t solve works.

-         负责预防性维修审核及PMP文件的编制。

Perform Audits Preventive Maintenance PMP files writing.

-         安排日常工单。

Assign normal daily work orders

-         积极参与设备事故的调查，分析，提出设备修复计划。

Actively involved in equipment failure investigations, analysis and recovery plans 

-         协助维修经理相关工程的实施，检查，验收 。

Assist the Maintenance Manager with implementation of projects as related to contracts, inspections, and acceptances. 

-         负责管控重要维修检测仪表。

Keep control of important instruments

-         协助经理做好部门的技术培训工作。

Assist manager to hold various technology training

-         协助经理做好新设备的安装调试及大生产运行。

Assist manager to do new equipment’s installation, commission and mass production.

-         遵守环境方针以及质量和环境管理系统的相关要求。遵守工作场所安全和健康政策及相关指示。

Complies with the environmental policy and applicable quality and environmental ***-agement systems instructions.  Comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.

-         从事其他指定的活动。

Performs other activities as assigned.

 

应具备的胜任力/COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Ⅰ.知识和技能/KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

-         熟悉注塑机或ABB机器人

Familiar with injection mold machine or ABB robot.

-         能看懂电气、液压气动图

Be able to read electric installation drawing and hydraulic pressure drawing.

-         能编写简单的PLC程序

Be able to write simple PLC language.

-         能听懂简单的英语，并能做基础的对话

Be able to understand simple English and can make simple conversation.

-         以80%的正确率通过机器推理测试

Pass the Machine Reasoning Test within a minimum of 80% score.

-         以70%的正确率通过维修测试。

Pass the Maintenance Test within a minimum of 70% score.

-         汪得力员工测试得分32分以上 。

Pass the Wonderlic test within a minimum score of 32.

 

Ⅱ.学历要求/ EDUCATION:

-         大专及以上学历，机电专业。

Junior College Degree or above, electromechanical major.

 

Ⅲ.工作经验/EXPERIENCE:

-         5年以上机电类维修、安装或设计经验

5 years of electric maintain, install or design experience or above.
