职位描述
Brief Intro of Responsibility:
1. Overall financial planning (Long range planning, budget, forecast)
2. Financial updates/business cases to the JV’s shareholders/customers on one-off cost, transfer price, investment, headcount).
3. Financial steering, financial target setting, measure definition and budget monitoring
4. Monthly management reporting
5. Financial Risk management
Detailed tasks
6. Financial planning, steering, reporting of LRP, BU, and FC
7. Software development project controlling incl. financial updates and transfer price calc.
8. Budget monitoring incl. derivation, agreement and follow up on target achiement of dept BU
9. Definition of actions for financial target achievement and respective performance parameters
10.Support shareholder alignment with financial data and comprehensive analysis
11.Creation and Implementation of controlling processes, methods and standards incl. ICS
12.Setup and consolidation of Connected Transactions
13.Preparation for BoD reporting and approval on all financially related decisions
14. Manage consulting service agreement with shareholder side on the service provided based on pre-defined frame contracts (CSA)
15.Financial risk management, steering and reporting
16. Liquidity planning
Candidate requirements:
1.Proven solid working experience in financial controlling bridging the business/project to financial planning/analysis
2.Experience working in JV or foreign enterprises
3.Good understanding of business and financials
4.Good command of English, and can communicate in English verbally
5.Master degree preferred in Finance or Business Management
6.Excellent command of Excel skill
7.Good planner, Structured and organized
8.Quick learner and good communicator
9.German language proficiency is a big plus
