Sales Manager(世界500强美国公司,医疗设备行业翘楚,薪资优厚)
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and develop relationship with existing distributors and locate new distributors/dealers to cover areas of current weakness.
2. In conjunction with distributors, develop comprehensive list of all major healthcare projects within assigned territory and gain an understanding of all projects to implement successful sales strategy for each.
3. Meet annual sales targets and performance objectives.
4. Provide product training and demonstrations to dealer network as well as to end users as needed.
5. Organize participation in regional trade shows and seminars.
6. Participate with distributors in hospital vendor selection events.
7. Aggressively promote new technology products, quickly gaining demo locations and regional reference sites to accelerate future success.
8. Execute short-term and long-term growth strategies.
9. Monitor competitive environment and makes recommendations for required actions regarding competitors.
10. Provide frequent updates on critical projects, maintain forecasts for incoming orders, and participate in quarterly sales meetings and other corporate events are required.

Requirements:
? University degree is required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Medical related fields.
? Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in sales (healthcare technology product experience is desirable.)
? Solid understanding of the clinical department structure of a hospital.
? Skilled at Consultative sales approach across all levels of hospital administrators, clinical directors, and purchasing decision makers.
? Familiarity with Metro products and applications in healthcare is preferred
? Working knowledge of hospital software systems and interfacing requirements will be helpful.
