1， 了解常规医疗塑料粒子，如：ABS/PC/TPE/PCTG 

2.对试模的流程和具体要求有很明确的思路

3.负责开发新模产品的注塑工艺设计，指导工艺技术应用、工艺治理和现场指导，能够在试模后给出详细的书面PPT试模报告以及提出合理的修模及修改产品结构的建议。

4.具备和客户在产品结构和注塑工艺专业方面的沟通能力。

5.负责生产过程工艺装备的改进和提出使其适应和提高车间的生产效率。

任职要求：

1.大专以上学历，在医疗精密注塑行业10年以上注塑工艺工程经验，对日本品牌的注塑（Toshiba/Nissei/TOYO）性能熟练掌握

2.有团队协作精神，和公司内部各部门（模具、生产、质量、工程、仓库）沟通协调能力强。
