职位内容：

1. 负责参与电商平台销售体系搭建，完成销售指标，获得销售提成；

2. 熟练运用品牌产品知识及使用技巧，协助品牌策划直播机制，完成直播脚本内容复盘及修改调整；

3. 结合品牌定位及消费者在直播平台的消费行为，寻找品牌及产品卖点，增强粉丝粘性；

4. 负责对各直播平台的规则及玩法进行拆解及分析，为品牌提供直播执行及优化建议；

5. 根据平台数据反馈，分析消费者在直播平台的消费行为，优化直播内容；

6. 定期收集整理线上平台对产品的反馈，同时检测并分析行业竞品动态，不断优化品牌产品电商及直播平台的运营策略。

岗位要求：

1. 2021届本科及以上学历毕业生，热衷于线上运营，专业不限；

2. 对家电行业及互联网行业有高度的热情；

3. 团队协助及执行能力强，结果导向，有强烈的进取心；

4. 善于创新，有强烈的好奇心及求知欲；

5. 数据分析能力强，学习能力强；

6. 较强的逻辑思维能力，中英文沟通能力佳；

7. 对线上运营有了解及追求，抗压能力及学习能力强，能够适应快节奏工作。
