Responsibilities:

? Under the direction of the Finance Supervisor, take responsibility of various financial account tasks.

? Handle oversight - review/confirm/file/report - of monthly consulting service fee calculations and related invoicing through OA system

? Communicate with business department / clients for the confirmation of service fee

? Update AR collection information, check with business department / clients for unknown payment

? Prepare regular and spot financial accounting related reports

Qualifications:

? University degree in Accounting

? 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a company in the consulting or service industry

? Strong organization and communication skills. Fluent with MS Excel

? Strong sense of responsibility, diligent and takes pride in the accuracy of your work

? Fluency in Mandarin Chinese a must. Fluency in English a plus.
