Perform Service Delivery Manager Role

Maintain SLA and KPI

Govern overall resource and delivery

Client Facing

Work with Cross teams and other Service line leads

Escalation

Risk Analysis and Mitigation

ESA activities

SOW or work order creations

Good in ITIL concepts and Development project experience

Understand overall Application landscape and work with respective SDAs for reporting and escalations

Conduct Governance calls

Requirements:

Managerial Skills

Experience in handling large team size across countries in APAC. English and Chinese fluency is must

Good leadership qualities, comminucation and presentation skills.
