1. 组织建立系统的市场调查和分析工作机制，了解市场变化，总结市场变化的内在规律；ganize and establish a systematic market investigation and analysis mechanism, understand market changes, and summarize the internal laws of market changes;
2. 根据市场分析结果，组织制定亚太区营销战略、年度销售和推广计划；cording to the results of market analysis, organize and formulate marketing strategy, annual sales and promotion plan in APAC;
3. 根据企业战略发展规划，协助编制企业年度经营计划，从市场发展的角度保证企业经营计划的可实现性；cording to the strategic development plan, assist in the preparation of the annual business plan to ensure the realization of the business plan from the perspective of market development;
4. 国家宏观政策、行业政策等的收集与分析工作；llection and analysis of national macro policies and industrial policies;
5. 集团内外部环境变化情况的分析工作；alysis of internal and external environmental changes of the group;
6. 完成总经理临时交办的其他工作Other tasks assigned by MD

职位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历 Bachelor degree or above

2.至少5年战略分析相关工作经验 More than 5 years’strategic analysis related experience

3.英语可作为工作语言 English can be used as working language

4. 熟练使用办软件等MS Office

LMT Tools is based in Oberkochen, Germany. The company group encompasses the manufacturing companies LMT Belin, LMT Fette, LMT Kieninger and LMT Onsrud, production and service facilities and a globally operating sales organization.
LMT Belin is based in Lavancia, France, and specializes on precision tools for the machining of plastics, light metals and composite materials. LMT Belin has been part of the Group since 2001 and together with LMT Onsrud forms the Group’s competence center for the machining of composites.
LMT Fette is based in Schwarzenbek near Hamburg, Germany, and is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of precision milling tools, gear hobs, thread rolling systems and taps.
