1. Involvement in business definition to have a clear program/project scope and target
2. Prepare program proposal Scorecard (KPIs) based on reference program and Plant targets.
3. Initiate a project/program team with cross functions; identify risk on team members or weak links.
4. Consolidate and set up a project/program schedule with team, lead project on time execution and progress. Project timing must be reasonable, within internal & external expectations.
5. Evaluate & Control project/program cost and plan budget, identify and report any deviation or potential risk to comply with project/program objective
6. Lead action plan generation and execution; align necessary resources to comply with project/program KPIs & Milestones
7. Align customer expectations with internal project/program and company objectives. Represent the company in front of the customer.
8. Responsible for handover the project to operations, within the expected time, cost and quality (KPIs) and generate actions if any deviation applies.
9. Report project/program progress to Managers; identify potential problems and solve them as early as possible.
10. Follow & lead NPDS methodology application & implementation.
11. Responsible for the overall resources of the company and customers and the optimum use of them.
12. Identify and elevate to Business Unit Management potential program risk and recommended actions.

Bachelor degree

English fluent

More than 5 years experiences 

Leadership and coordination skills.

Ability to understand and manage budgeting concepts as well as Lean Manufacturing and KPI Metrics management. 

Ability to lead a team, define objectives and create and coordinate actions to comply with Company Objectives.

Be able to work under pressure.

Knowledge of core quality and automotive tools such as: FMEA, APQP, Control Plan and PPAP. Basic knowledge of other tools such as TQM, JIT, Kanban.
