职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1. Conduct various charging related test and validations, such as:
- Function test
- Lab test on test benches
- IOP (Interoperability) test with different charging operators
- After sales support
- Homologation testing support
- Summer & winter testing.
2. Testing error analysis and tracking (ticket system).
3. Testing documentation management and reporting.
4. Vehicle management and testing plan.
Competences and Capability & Skills
1. Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of NEV charging / discharging working principle, and failure mode
- overall understanding of electric vehicle, such as Battery, BMS, Motor, VCU
- Knowledge of CAN bus and related tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, or similar)
- 2 years+ of NEV charging related experience
- Familiarity with GB/T NEV charging related standards, such as GB/T 18487, GB/T 27930, etc.
- A high voltage certificate is a plus
- Driving license mandatory.
2. Professional Skills:
- Proficient skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
3. Language: English, basic German knowledge would be a plus.
4. Other Skills: Basic SW skills on Python or Java/C++ would be a plus.
5. Education: Bachelor.
6. Working Experience: 1~3 years.
