CI专员(持续改进专员)    

CI Specialist (Continuous Improvement Specialist)

工作职责：

Job Responsibilities:    

    

1．协助梳理各部门业务指标，建立流程和指标的关联，并定期跟踪改进；    

(Assist to sort out the business metrics of each department, establish the relationship between process and metrics, and track and improve regularly.)    

2．持续推进工厂精益变革的改善，定期跟进进度并提高工厂业绩指标；    

(Continuously promote the improvement of plant lean transformation, regularly follow up the progress and improve the  factory performance metrics.)    

3. 持续推进CI审核, 推进各部门审核各项工作;    

(Continuously promote CI audit, and promote departments to review related works.)    

4. 培养各部门的CI先锋，定期组织不同阶段的CI工具课程培训；    

(To cultivate CI pioneers of all departments, and regularly organize CI tool training courses at different stages.)    

5. 主导策划工厂内外部满意度调查，协助工厂了解客户的声音。    

( To lead the planning of internal and external satisfaction survey of the factory, and assist the factory to understand the voice of customers.)

    

任职资格：    

Qualifications:  

 1. 大学本科及以上学历，专业不限，可接受条件优秀的应届毕业生；    

(Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, excellent fresh graduates are acceptable.)    

2. 英语听说读写流利，英语专业优先；    

(Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, English major is preferred.)    

3. 良好的计划、沟通、组织协调能力，工作责任心强，乐观主动积极，学习能力强;    

(Good planning, communication, organization and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, optimistic and proactive, strong learning ability.)    

4．能熟练使用Office办公软件。    

(Good command of Office software.)
