Responsible for forging process and die design including but not limited to below:

  

负责但不限于以下有关锻造工艺和模具设计相关工作;

  

1. At quotation phase, assess of new parts forging process, forging tonnage and raw material calculation, client relevant standard assess.

   在产品报价阶段，进行产品锻造工艺的评估，产品吨位及原材料的计算，客户相关标准的评估。

2. Under the manager’s guidance, take charge dies design and optimize for new product and continuous improving on dies design for both new projects and mass production products;

   在主管的带领下，负责新产品的模具设计及优化，据持续改善新品及量产产品的模具设计；

3. Identify and select the special characteristics of product and process;

   对产品和过程的特殊特性的识别和选择；

4. Do corrective and preventive measures in the process of product development, design, production;

   在产品的开发、设计、生产过程中进行纠正和预防措施；

5. Update design instruction, responsible distributive related die design and simulation, as trimming die, calibration die, forging die.

   更新设计指导书，负责分配的相关模具设计和模拟工作，如切边模，校正模，锻造模等.

6. Participant or lead the cost saving project, through the optimizing dies design and CAE software improve the material usage ratio.

   参与或主导成本节约项目，通过优化模具设计及模拟仿真提升原材料的利用率，从而达成成本节约的目的。

7. Maintenance the SAP data for new forging tooling.

   维护SAP系统中的锻造新的工装模具数据.

8. Understanding of Quality Policy and Quality Objectives

   了解公司质量方针和质量目标

9. Understanding of organization context, interested parties needs and process related risk and opportunities

   了解组织环境、相关方的需求和过程所涉及的风险和机遇

10. Understanding of product related statutory and regulatory requirement

    了解产品相关法律法规的要求

11. Understanding of customer specific requirement

12. Understanding of product quality importance and risk involved for the customer with nonconforming product.

Qualification Requirement 任职资格

  

Education 教育:

  

College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or metal material molding related

  

大专及以上学历，机械工程或者金属材料成型有关专业

  

Experience 经验要求:

  

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience

  

5年以上的相关工作经验

  

Competency 胜任力

  

• Good English in oral & written;

  良好的英语说写技能；

• Familiar with MS Office; Familiar with Pro/E software，CAE skills like Froge or Deform is preferred

  熟练使用office 办公软件；熟练Pro/E 软件,有Forge 或者Deform 等CAE软件使用经验优先;

• Literacy and numeracy, Leadership, Verbal communication, Team playing skills;

  读写能力、数字分析能力、领导能力、交流沟通能力及团队合作精神；

• English language familiarity, International experience, Problem analysis skills are preferred;
